This will include a walkthrough of the legal paperwork, an analysis of comparables in your area, and an action plan for getting your home ready for the market.


It’s important that your home is ready to wow buyers before we put it on the market. I’ll walk you through cleaning, touch-ups, and staging techniques that will help unlock your home’s full potential. If you’re not the handy type or simply don’t have the time, I’ll connect you with professional resources who can help you get the work done.

Going Active

With your home fully prepared, we’ll hit the ground running with an immersive marketing campaign that draws in buyers with 360° photography designed to catch eyes and encourage offers. All throughout, we’ll keep in contact to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in the process.
